Yesterday was the second day that they haven't gave my family are mail when clearly I have the app telling me what mail is coming pull your heads out your ass and give me my mail
I had a wonderful experience. I had to mail a money order, it was my first time. The girl at the counter was very sweet and walked me through it. It was a fast and easy task with her help.
CONSTANTLY putting my packages on my neighbors porch, despite my house number being on the front of my house. Once stopped to mail a package on Saturday, clock said 11:54, and she literally SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE and told me they were closed. I told her it is not noon and she just shook her head and walked away. COMPLETELY clueless when it comes to competency and customer service.
