Love this place! Had 2 b day parties there can bring in outside food, cake and for 1 hour they do starlight bowl. Lights down
Waited for an hour and a half for a delivery very rude, they wouldn't deliver to a truck stop 5 mins away whoever was in charge used the excuse of being busy to not bring me the food I asked for. Just threw away my order and didn't even apologize
This was my first time ordering here n I am very disappointed management Jed acted like my concern about my knots being raw was not important pizza was ok but meat n chesse on top was over cooked I did not complain about that because atleast It was Edible being as I could not eat the raw knots needless to say I won’t be ordering here anymore and I’ll save my 28bucks n eat at home I’m thinking if it ain’t pizza from Chicago just buy a pizza from road ranger in lake Station that’s the closest u will get to pizza around here n if u don’t take my advice u mite be on here like me making the next terrible review
I normally dont have a problem with Papa John's other than the price. And I normally don't post and review places.. (I admit, if I do its usually due to a bad experience) but today, I tried to order for delivery and it went sour. I placed my entire order and then stated I only had a $50 Bill. They said delivery couldn't accept it. Which is understandable due to robberies, etc. So I ask if I can just come pick it up and was told they still don't accept $50s. Lol I had placed a $35 order and ALWAYS tip. This store doesnt have a bill marker? Fed up, I called JJ Pizza only down the street on the same road, ordered everything I had with Papa John's and then one extra item. This totaled to $30 instead of Papa John's $35 with one less item. I jist thought this was basically a stupid business move on Papa Johns end. Not to mention, the lady I had spoke to at Papas, was rude by the end with the whole, "we dont take $50 bills" thing. Lol anyway, just thought this was ridiculous. Sorry for the rant. That fired me up.
I called 5-6 times and they didnt answer the phone then i called the store in meyerville and they answered in like 5-6 seconds .
