It was roach infested. Will not be coming back EVER!
It's a little expensive. The washroom is locked from like 9:00 pm to 6:00 or 7:00 am which is inconvenient but understandable since someone vandalized it.
I like the 24 hours opening. I can wash laundry at any time of the day and it's for the most part clean. The machines are little old but works well.
I will not be coming back to this location ever again. My clothes did not fully rinse in a machine. I looked around for an attendant and I also "rang the bell". No one was available. So I tried my best to ring my clothes out in the sink. After 30 mins of waiting for an attendant, a woman comes out in house shoes, looking like she just got out of bed. I stated to her what happened. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me about how I should knock on the door if the lights aren't on in the office, as if Im suppose to know that. Normally attendants are outside of the office where they can be seen and not hiding or sleeping with the office light off. Her attitude was terrible. Obviously she was sleep on the job. I thought I found a decent laundromat to come to on a regular basis once I moved in the area but this laundromat just lost a customer. The way I was treated was horrible. Whoever she is....I don't know if she is the owner or just a worker....but she is very unprofessional and highly rude. Thank you for showing me your customers mean nothing to your business.
