Consumer beware, did not get what I went in for. After dealing withthem for my laptop to recover my data and paying the 49.99 they only pulled 30 pictures out of nearly 7,000. They said my drive was now completely dead, another parent from my daughters swim team afford to tke a look at it, and was able to access my hole computer no problem. I went in to the shop and I was told by owner that their recovery process is hit or miss, consumer beware they will take your money!
