Yeah I've trying going to this location 2x now and you all need to retrain your employees or something... I have never written a review in my life but after I just left this is bulls**t .... I ordered a few things and the kid told me to go park. Ok no big deal. So I park and wait for ten mins while person after person that came after me get there food and drink and whatever... so I try calling 3x ... no answer . I would've went inside but the whole point of going thru drive thru was cuz I was still in my pjs and not dressed to go inside ... so I go thru drive thru again I barely get a "sorry" which definitely wasn't sincere and I as like why?? And like oh I looked for your car .... bull cuz I was the only little silver car there and was right across from her... she didn't instantly notice me so just went back inside .... yeah I will NEVER return here .... there's to many other locations to deal with this level of unprofessionalism ... it's really quite sad and I hope it gets fixed.
This is s brand New location with great friendly service! It's right off the expressway with a convenient drive thru!

So I've gotten frozen coffee crml swirl for Awhile now. Went thru drive thru today and got same thing and it tastes like chocolate. So I had her remake it. She did. Same thing..
Today was the Grand Opening and I went through the drive thru at 6am. I did not have a wait to get my order. It was easy to get in and out. I also did not have a problem making a turn onto Ripley at this time.
So I went in and she told me that they use mocha in all frozen coffees..WTH.. why would you put mocha in a Carmel swirl?
